Yes.  If the charger detects any charged device that's starting to overheat, it will begin to throttle down the charging power and slow the charging speed in attempts to stop your device from overheating.

No.

4.  Can I use this product outdoors?

No.  The charger is designed for indoor use only.

FUNCTIONALITY

The charger features a status indicator light for charging the AirPods only and not the status of the iPhone.  The status of the charge for the AirPods is laid out in the table below:

3.  How do I align my MagSafe-compatible iPhone to charge on the Belkin WIZ010?

The phone charging portion of the Belkin WIZ010 uses an Apple-approved MagSafe charger.  This feature aligns your phone correctly for charging.  When you place your iPhone on the charger, you will feel the magnets pulling your phone into proper alignment.

4.  What orientations can I charge my iPhone on the Belkin WIZ010?

The charger allows you to charge your phone in portrait and landscape orientations. 

5.  How do I remove my phone from the charger?

Your phone can be removed with one hand by grasping the top or bottom of your phone and using a peeling motion to release the magnetic hold. 

NOTE:  Due to the strong MagSafe magnetic connection, if you attempt to remove your phone by holding onto the middle of the phone and pulling it straight off, the charger may move if you will not grasp the base with one hand.


6.  Does the MagSafe animation appear when connecting a MagSafe-compatible phone to charge on the Belkin WIZ010?

Your MagSafe-compatible iPhone should show the MagSafe charging animation when it is connected and placed on the charger and begins to charge.

7.  Can the MagSafe charger on the Belkin WIZ010 be rotated?

No.  The charger is stationary and attempting to move it can damage the charging stand.
