If you are experiencing pairing issues or your Belkin AUD009 cannot connect to your device, resetting your headphones may fix the problem.
1. On your mobile device, open Settings > Bluetooth®. Steps vary by your device's operating system.
2. Find SoundForm Surround from the list and move it to the bin.
3. Press the power button on your Belkin AUD009 and hold for 2 seconds.
4. Press the button located between the volume up and down buttons and hold for 10 seconds until the light starts to blink blue.
Your headphones should now be ready to be set up again.
