I forgot my Wemo Account password

Resetting your Wemo® Account password is done using the Wemo App.  If you forgot the password to your Wemo Account, you may reset it easily.  You will need to make sure that you have access to the email address you used to create the account.

NOTE:  Steps and images may vary depending on the device's operating system and the device type (mobile or desktop).

 
Step 1:  Launch the Wemo App and tap Log In.

Step 2:  Tap on Forgot Password.

Step 3:  Enter the email address associated to the account with the password that you want to reset.  Tap Send Email to continue.

A confirmation will pop up to let you know a password reset email has been sent.

Step 4:  Check the email from "do_not_reply@Wemo.com" with a link to reset your password.  Select Reset my password to visit the reset password website.

Step 5:  On the reset password website, select Reset Password to continue.  If you don’t want to reset your password at this time, simply close out the web browser tab.

Step 6:  Enter a new password that is at least 10 characters in length.  Hit Save to continue.

You will receive a confirmation prompt.  You can now close out the website and log in using the Wemo App.
