7. How do I turn my earbuds ON or OFF?
To turn your earbuds ON, remove one or both earbuds from the case.
To turn OFF your earbuds for a short period of time, remove the earbuds from your ears and press on the touch-sensitive control area of the earbuds. Continue doing so for 6 seconds and then release.
If you intend to turn OFF your earbuds for an extended period, it is recommended to place each earbud into its designated slot inside your charging case and close the lid. This will recharge, turn OFF, and keep your earbuds safe.
8. Can I remove the case from the power adapter at any time or any charge level?
You can remove the case from the power adapter at any time or any charge level. A lower charge level will reduce the number of times you can recharge your earbuds before the case is out of power.
9. How do I adjust the volume on my earbuds?
To adjust the volume of your earbuds, you can do either of the following:
- Volume Up: Tap on the right earbud once to raise the volume to the desired level.
- Volume Down: Tap on the left earbud once to lower the volume to the desired level.
10. How do I control my phone calls using the earbuds?
To control phone calls, you can do the following:
- Accept Incoming Call: Tap on either the left or right earbud twice to accept an incoming call.
- End Current Call: Tap on either the left or right earbud twice during a call to end it.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold either the left or right earbud for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
11. How do I activate Siri?
Press and hold either the left or right earbud for 2 seconds to activate Siri voice control. Siri integration is only available on iOS devices supporting Siri.

2. I am unable to pair the earbuds out of the box. What should I do?
If you are unable to pair the earbuds out of the box, ensure that the earbuds are in pairing mode.
From the factory, the earbuds come in pairing mode. If you just purchased the earbuds, simply open the charging case and remove the earbuds from it. The indicator lights on the earbuds will alternate between blue and white.
NOTE: If the indicator lights on the earbuds do not alternate between blue and white when removed from the case, manually set the earbuds to pairing mode. Follow the steps below to learn how:
Step 1:
Ensure that the earbuds are turned OFF. To do this, press and hold on the touch-sensitive pads on both earbuds for 6 seconds and then release.
Step 2:
Make sure that the earbuds are turned OFF, then press and hold on the touch-sensitive pads on both earbuds for 10 seconds. This will turn the earbuds back ON and place them into pairing mode. You can now proceed with pairing the earbuds. For instructions, click here.

3. I can only pair one earbud to my phone or tablet. What should I do?
If you can only pair one earbud to your phone or tablet, reset the earbuds to factory default settings. Follow the steps below to learn how:
Step 1:
Press and hold on the touch-sensitive pads on both earbuds for 10 seconds then release when the indicator lights turn OFF. This will reset the device.
Step 2:
Press and hold on the touch-sensitive pads on both earbuds for 2 seconds to turn them back ON. This will place your earbuds into pairing mode. The indicator lights on the earbuds will alternate between blue and white.
Step 3:
On your mobile device, turn ON Bluetooth® to search for nearby devices and begin pairing. For instructions, click here.
