This charger is available with and without a cable in four different bundles:

This charger can be used in any vehicle that has a 12 V power socket.

The charger is receiving power when the light turns ON immediately upon connection to the car power socket.

Yes. However, the speed of the charging will vary depending on the needs of your device.
7. What are the dimensions of the product casing?
The dimensions are 29 mm x 64 mm (width/height).
8. Will this product work to charge a vaporizer pen?
Yes. It will work if you have a charger with a USB-A plug.
9. Is the charger MFi certified?
The charger is not MFi certified but the Belkin Lightning cable included with F8J221 is MFi certified.
10. Can I plug a hub in one of the ports and charge multiple devices using this product?
No. This is not supported.
