How to reset your SoundForm Anywhere earbuds. (AUC014)

If your SoundForm Anywhere earbuds aren’t connecting properly, have pairing issues, or one earbud isn’t responding, performing a reset can help restore normal operation. A reset clears previous Bluetooth connections and lets you pair the earbuds again like new.

Follow these steps to reset your earbuds:

  1. Remove the existing Bluetooth pairing
    On your phone, tablet, or computer, go to Bluetooth settings, find “SoundForm Anywhere”, and select Forget or Remove This Device.

  1. Enter reset mode
    With both earbuds outside of the case, press and hold the touch surfaces on both earbuds (L + R) for about 10 seconds until the LED indicators flash. This clears the pairing history.

  1. Confirm the reset
    The LEDs on both earbuds will flash briefly and then turn off. When they power back on, they’re ready to pair again.

  1. Reconnect your device
    Go back to your Bluetooth settings, enable Bluetooth, and select “SoundForm Anywhere” from the list to pair again. Once connected, the LEDs will stop flashing and remain steady.
