What is the warranty of the earbuds?	The earbuds have a 2-year warranty.
Do the earbuds come with a Connected Equipment Warranty (CEW)?	No.

What type of noise cancellation does the SoundForm Anywhere have?	The SoundForm Anywhere does not feature Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). Instead, it uses Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) microphones to minimize background noise during calls. This helps keep your voice clear without blocking out surrounding sounds, making it ideal for all-day wear and awareness.
Can I switch between devices easily?	Yes. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint connectivity, allowing you to connect and switch seamlessly between two devices, such as your phone and laptop.
What type of EQ settings does the SoundForm Anywhere have?	The SoundForm Anywhere features three built-in EQ presets to personalize your listening experience. You can switch between: Belkin Signature Sound – balanced clarity and full, rich depth Bass Boost – enhanced low frequencies for powerful, punchy music Balanced – optimized for podcasts, calls, and everyday listening.
Are the earbuds compatible with voice assistants?	Yes. The SoundForm Anywhere earbuds work with your device’s built-in voice assistant, such as Siri and Google Assistant.

What devices will work with the AUC014?	The earbuds have been tested for playback, latency, and call quality on major devices and conferencing apps. FUNCTIONALITY
How do I control playback and calls on the earbuds?	You can use the touch sensors on each earbud to play or pause music, skip tracks, adjust volume, and answer or end calls with simple tap gestures.
Do the earbuds automatically connect to my device?	Yes. Once paired, the SoundForm Anywhere Earbuds automatically reconnect to your last connected device when removed from the charging case.
Can I use one earbud while the other charges?	Yes. The SoundForm Anywhere supports single-ear (mono) mode. You can use either the left or right earbud independently while the other charges in the case.
