I am trying to load the Custom Configuration file, but the program gives a port error, or times out. How do I resolve this issue?
Solution:
Make sure to use the correct software and configuration setup for your Secure KM Switch. The Custom Configuration Software was updated early in 2018. The old and new software, and setups are not interchangeable.
For older Secure KM Switches, use the following:
Configuration Setup/Access - Left Ctrl, Left Ctrl, F11, D, C
For newer Secure KM Switches, use the following:

TIPS:
- For the Belkin F1DN104K-3, units built starting in January of 2018 with serial number 17J10D81803722 (or newer) have newer firmware and support the new custom configuration.
- For the Belkin F1DN108K-3, units built starting in April of 2018 with serial number 18B10D84800701 (or newer) have newer firmware and support the new custom configuration.
