Setting up a custom monitor layout using the Belkin F1DN104K-3 and F1DN108K-3

Scenario:

I have downloaded and installed the Secure KM Custom Configuration Utility for the monitor configuration and created a layout. However, when I load the configuration file to the switch, I am getting an error message saying that it can't load the file. How do I resolve this issue?

Solution:

Make sure to use the same operating system in creating the configuration file and loading it to the switch. If you configured the monitor layout using a Windows® 10 64-bit computer, you need to load the file to the switch using the same operating system.
