This product includes a proprietary power supply with a cable attached to the power supply but detachable from the charging stand.  The Belkin WIZ009 also uses a barrel connector.

2.  Can I use my own power supply with the Belkin WIZ009?

No.  The Belkin WIZ009 uses a proprietary power connector.

3.  Is the base of the Belkin WIZ009 weighted?

Yes, this is to assist with the stability of the charging stand.

4.  Are there any status lights on the Belkin WIZ009?

Yes.  The Belkin WIZ009 has a single charging light on the base that shows the charging status for the AirPods only.  There's no light when an iPhone or Apple Watch is charging, but the charging status will be displayed on the screen of those devices.

5.  Can I charge my phone with a case on?

Yes.  The Belkin WIZ009 can charge iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 series phones with MagSafe-approved cases of up to 3 mm in thickness.

6.  Does the Belkin WIZ009 have any stabilizing feet on the base?

No.  The bottom of the Belkin WIZ009 is a flat surface coated with a non-slip material that keeps it from slipping on most surfaces.

7.  What is the support arm made of on the Belkin WIZ009?

Yes, if the Belkin WIZ009 detects any charged device and it is starting to overheat, it will begin to throttle down the charging power and slow the charging speed in attempts to stop your device from overheating.

2.  Can I charge my iPhone on the Belkin WIZ009 while the Apple Wallet is attached to my phone?

No.

3.  Can I charge non-AirPods® wireless headphones with the Belkin WIZ009?

The Belkin WIZ009 is wireless charging for charging AirPods.  While it is possible to charge wireless headphones with the Belkin WIZ009, the base is designed for an AirPods case.  We cannot guarantee compatibility with other brands of wireless headphones.

4.  Can I use this product outdoors?

No.  The Belkin WIZ009 is designed for indoor use only.

FUNCTIONALITY

1.  How many devices can I charge at the same time to the Belkin WIZ009?

This charger can charge up to three devices such as:

2.  How do I align my MagSafe-compatible iPhone to charge on the Belkin WIZ009?

The phone charging portion of the Belkin WIZ009 uses an Apple-approved MagSafe charger.  This feature aligns your phone correctly for charging.  When you place your iPhone on the Belkin WIZ009, you will feel the magnets pulling your phone into proper alignment.

3.  What orientations can I charge my iPhone on the Belkin WIZ009? 

The Belkin WIZ009 allows you to charge your phone in portrait and landscape orientations.  The distance between the iPhone charger and the Apple Watch charger is large enough to charge your iPhone in landscape orientation without interrupting the Apple Watch charging.

4.  Can I charge my Apple Watch® in nightstand mode?

No.

5.  How do I remove my phone from the Belkin WIZ009?

Your phone can be removed with one hand by grasping the top or bottom of your phone and using a peeling motion to release the magnetic hold. 

NOTE:  Due to the strong MagSafe magnetic connection, if you attempt to remove your phone by holding onto the middle of the phone and pulling it straight off, the Belkin WIZ009 may move if you will not grasp the base with one hand.

6.  Will the MagSafe animation appear when connecting a MagSafe compatible phone to charge on the Belkin WIZ009?

The animation will show once the phone is placed on the MagSafe charger and begins to charge.

7.  Can the Apple Watch charger be rotated on the Belkin WIZ009?

No.  The chargers are stationary and attempting to move them can damage the charging stand.

8.  What does the status light mean on the Belkin WIZ009? 

The Belkin WIZ009 features a status indicator light for the AirPods charging section only.
