How to use Find My to locate your Belkin AUC002 charging case

The Belkin SOUNDFORM™ Freedom True Wireless Earbuds, AUC002 features Apple Find My™ functionality built into the charging case. If you ever misplace your case, you can use your iOS or macOS® device and the Apple Find My to locate your earbuds’ case.

IMPORTANT: The Find My feature only works with iOS and macOS devices. This functionality is built into the charging case only.
Step 1:
Open the Apple Find My and tap on Items to view your list of Find My Items. Tap on your headphones from the list.

Step 2:
A map will show the last known location of your headphones. There are two options available to help you locate your headphones:
  • Play Sound: This will play a high-pitched tone from the charging case to help you locate the case if it is near you. The sound plays for 10 seconds each time it is pressed.
  • Directions: This will provide directions from your current location to the last known location of your charging case.
