Resetting the OSRAM LIGHTIFY™ Tunable White 60 Bulb

If the OSRAM LIGHTIFY™ Tunable White 60 Bulb was previously connected to a Wi-Fi® network or paired to the Wemo® Link and you need to reconfigure, you will need to reset this lightbulb so it can get detected again during the setup process.
 

There are two ways to reset your Tunable lightbulb: 
 
Manual Reset
Reset via the Wemo App

 

Manual Reset
 
Step 1:  Start with the Tunable lightbulb powered ON.
 

Step 2:  Turn it OFF for seconds.
 

Step 3:  Turn it ON for seconds.
 

Step 4:  Turn it OFF for seconds.
 

Step 5:  Turn it ON for  seconds.
 

Step 6:  Turn it OFF for seconds.
 

Step 7:  Turn it ON for seconds.
 

Step 8:  Turn it OFF for seconds.
 

Step 9:  Turn it ON for seconds.
 

Step 10:  Turn it OFF for seconds.
 

Step 11:  Turn it ON and leave it ON.  The
Tunable lightbulb should blink 2 times to show a successful reset and ready for pairing.
 
 
Reset via the Wemo App
 
Step 1:  Launch the Wemo App.
 

Step 2:  Tap Edit.
 

Step 3:  Tap Osram Lightify TW60.
 

Step 4:  Tap Reset Options.  Then, select either:
  • Reset Name, Rules & Data – This will ONLY reset the personalized device Name, Rules and Data of your Tunable lightbulb.  This does NOT erase the connection to the Wemo Link.
  • Erase All Content and Settings – This will reset the Tunable lightbulb back to its factory default settings.  All saved data will be lost and cannot be retrieved.
Step 5:  Once you are asked to confirm the reset, tap Yes The Tunable lightbulb should blink 2 times to show a successful reset and ready for pairing.
