If the Keyboard Folio doesn't seem sturdy, follow the steps below to adjust your iPad® or Android™ tab's angle.
Step 1:
Once your device is inserted into the pocket, detach the Keyboard from the Velcro tabs.
NOTE: If the Keyboard is not detached from the Velcro tabs, the iPad will not have a base sturdy enough to support it.
Step 2:
Adjust the device to your preferred angle using the detents in the Folio.
Most of our products can be easily replaced by completing our product replacement form.
