Cable connections
Small things like loose or incorrect cable connection can cause your printer to be invisible in the network. Make sure the power cable of your printer is working and is connected to the power outlet. Check if the lights on the printer are ON especially the power.
Network connectivity
Since wireless technology is all over the place, there is a possibility that your printer is connected to the wrong network. Verify if your printer is connected to your network.
In case your printer is not on the same network as your other wireless devices, you need to disconnect it from the current network and connect it to your own. In connecting your printer, you will need the following settings:

Wireless network name (SSID) – This is the name of your network.

Network password or passphrase – This is the password that you use to connect wirelessly.

Security mode – The type of encryption that your network uses. Choose a security that is compatible to all the devices in your home.

Wireless mode – The wireless technology that your network utilizes.
After connecting your printer to the network, check the following settings:

IP address

Subnet Mask
-
Default Gateway
-
DNS Servers
Windows firewall and other security settings
Security settings include the antivirus software and built-in firewall of your computer. There are some firewall and antivirus software that block some printer drivers necessary to detect the printer.
What you can do:

Update the virus scan patterns of your antivirus or internet security software

Add exceptions for your printer manually
