How to deauthorize your Nest Thermostat from your Wemo®

Deauthorizing your Nest account from your Wemo® will remove any Rules associated with your Nest Thermostats.  You will need to recreate these rules and should authorize a Nest account with your Wemo again.

QUICK TIP:  The Wemo App images may vary depending on the device (iOS or Android™) being used.

Step 1:  Launch the Wemo App and wait for it to detect your registered devices.
Step 2:  Tap the Wemo App's Settings icon.

NOTE:  If you are using an iOS device, go to More.

Step 3:  Tap on Connect to Nest.

Step 4:  Scroll down and tap the Deauthorize Account button.  You will be presented with a warning message pop up alerting you that deauthorizing will remove all Nest Thermostats from your Wemo App.  Tap Deauthorize again to continue or Cancel to discontinue.

After you deauthorize your Nest account you will be taken back to the main Connect to Nest screen.  You can tap back to return to the main Wemo App screen and control your Wemo devices.
