Pairing your SoundForm Rhythm ANC Noise-Cancelling Earbuds (AUC015) with a second device allows you to enjoy the flexibility of switching between two Bluetooth sources—such as your phone and laptop—without constantly reconnecting. This guide walks you through the steps for adding a second device and explains how Multipoint pairing works, allowing you to manage calls, music, and media seamlessly across both connections.
Step 1. Keep the earbuds connected to the first device (your original phone, tablet, or laptop).
-
Remove both earbuds from the case.
-
Press and hold both earbuds (L and R) for about 3 seconds until the LED lights flash, indicating that pairing mode is active.
Step 3. On the second device, go to Bluetooth settings, search for “SoundForm Rhythm ANC”, and select it to pair.
Step 4. Once connected, the earbuds will now be linked to both devices simultaneously. You can switch audio between them without needing to disconnect manually.
* This is called Multipoint pairing, allowing you to stay connected to two devices at once (e.g., phone and laptop).
Troubleshooting Multipoint Pairing Issues
Problem: Audio doesn’t switch between devices
-
Make sure both devices are within Bluetooth range and have active connections.
-
Pause playback on the first device before starting audio on the second.
-
If switching still fails, disconnect and reconnect the second device in Bluetooth settings.
Problem: Second device won’t connect
-
Confirm the earbuds are in pairing mode (LED lights flashing). Repeat Step 2 if they are not.
-
Remove the earbuds from the Bluetooth list on the second device and try pairing again.
-
If the issue persists, reset the earbuds (see reset guide) and re-pair both devices.
*Tip: Multipoint works best when one device is for calls and the other for media. Avoid simultaneous audio streams.
