The Power Bank included with your ENA001 features two USB-C ports, enabling you to charge two devices simultaneously. However, it is important to understand how these ports function in various scenarios.
1. Single-Port Usage (Either USB-C Port)
When only one USB-C port is utilized—regardless of which port—the device delivers up to 20W of power. Each port supports the same maximum output individually, ensuring efficient charging for a single device.
2. Dual-Port Usage (Both USB-C Ports Simultaneously)
If both USB-C ports are used at the same time, the combined total output is limited to 15W. This output is distributed between the two connected devices, potentially resulting in reduced charging speeds compared to using a single port. For instance, when charging both a phone and a Switch 2 concurrently, each device will receive a portion of the available power and may charge at a slower rate than when a single port is used.
Understanding these power distribution parameters is essential for optimal charging performance and helps prevent confusion when connecting multiple devices. For the fastest charging experience, it is recommended to use only one port at a time.
