NOTE: This process applies to F1DC101H, F1DC108H, and F1DC116H.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
Step 1:
Power OFF the KVM.
Step 2:
Disconnect the power and octopus cables at the back of the KVM.
Step 3:
Remove the thumbscrews from the far left and right.
Step 4:
Gently pull the rear section of the KVM towards you, unseating it about an inch or so.
Step 5:
Gently push the rear section back into place, reseating the unit.
Step 6:
Reinstall the thumbscrews.
Step 7:
Insert the power cord and only one (1) of the octopus cables.
Step 8:
Power ON the KVM.
Step 9:
Verify that all I|O are working then reconnect the remaining octopus cables.
