These Terms of Sale apply whenever you purchase Belkin products (Products) from the Belkin online store at www.belkin.com/us (Store). Statutory rights and your Product warranty

You may have rights and remedies in addition to those set out in these Terms of Sale, including the right to return a Product for refund, replacement or repair, under consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms of Sales restricts or affects any of the rights or remedies which you may have under the law.

How these Terms of Sale apply

Whenever you purchase Products from our Store, these Terms of Sale will apply, together with Belkin’s Privacy Policy which is at https://www.belkin.com/legal/privacy-policy/, the applicable Product warranty and other legal documents which you can find at https://www.belkin.com/legal/.

Our General Terms are also part of these Terms of Sale. You can find them here: https://www.belkin.com/general-terms.html. In the event of inconsistency between any provision of our General Terms and any provision of these Terms of Sale, the provisions of the Terms of Sale will prevail.

We may change these Terms of Sale from time to time, and you will always be able to check the up-to-date version before purchasing from the Store. If you need to access the Terms of Sale which applied to your purchase at any time afterwards, you will be able to find them on https://www.belkin.com/legal/. Please note that all purchasers must be at least 18 years old, or of sufficient legal age in your country of residence if that is over 18.


Where we sell and ship to

Our websites are accessible worldwide, but we only ship from this Store to the US and Canada. Not all Products are compatible with requirements in every country, for example including the Product plug, or in the case of smart speakers the language capabilities. Returns and refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Product which you purchased from the Store, you can return the Product within 90 days after the day when the Product was delivered to you, for a full refund. If you purchased multiple Products at the same time, the 90 days will start on the day after the last Product in the order was delivered to you.

To request a refund and to arrange for the return of the Product, please contact Belkin as follows: www.belkin.com/us/support. Only Products purchased from the Store are eligible for return and refund under these Terms of Sale.

To qualify for a refund, the Product must not have been used any more than was necessary for you to establish that it was not what you wanted. You must include the original Product packaging which should be intact as far as possible, along with any manuals, accessories, power adaptors and any other items which came with it.

If the Product is damaged or if any of these elements are damaged or missing, we may reduce the amount of your refund to compensate us for the lower value of the Product. If you are unsure, you can contact us in advance to check whether we are likely to reduce your refund.

You will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email, usually within 2 business days after contacting Belkin for a Product return and refund. Please note that if you are returning more than one Product, each one requires a separate RMA number.

You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your Product to Belkin. Unless the Product was damaged or defective when you received it, this would be at your cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number or other proof of mailing, and that you use a reputable shipping or postage service.

You must send the Product back to us within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return it. We will process your refund once we receive the Product from you. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment, for the same amount as the purchase price (inclusive of any standard delivery costs) for the Product, not including charges for expedited delivery or delivery at a particular time, if there were any.


Purchasing from the Store

You will need a valid email address to purchase from the Store, and you will need to provide your name and address for the required payment and delivery details. By placing an order on a Store, you confirm that all information provided by you is correct.

If you set up an account with Belkin, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Store account and password, and you accept full responsibility for all use of your account and password within the Store.

To place an order for any Product you simply visit the Store, add the Products which you want to purchase to your Shopping Cart and then go through the online checkout process. Soon after placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and containing an order reference number and details of the Product/s which you have ordered. This Order Acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.

If you decide to change or cancel an order after you have checked out from the Store, please contact us at www.belkin.com/us/support as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee to process changes or cancel an order, but we will certainly try to help you. If your order can’t be cancelled, please see our returns policy which is set out above.

We accept your order when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email, confirming that your Product/s have been dispatched. Up until then we have the right to reject your order, or to limit quantities of Product, at any time prior to sending you the Dispatch Confirmation. We will notify you using the email address you gave to us when you placed the order if all or some of your order is rejected, or if we need additional information to complete and accept your order. Your credit card will not be charged if your order is rejected.

If you reserve or pre-order a Product which is not yet available for purchase, we may obtain authorisation from your bank or credit card company at the time of your pre-order, but we will not capture payment until the Product is actually available for dispatch.


Availability, pricing and payment

All Products offered on the Store are subject to availability.

Our Store contains a large number of Products, and despite our best efforts, it is always possible that some of the Products listed on our Store may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it. You will never be charged an increased price after the issue of the Dispatch Confirmation.

Prices for Products which are stated on the Store do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. All taxes will be calculated in accordance with applicable laws. Taxes and charges will be added to your order total and itemized in both your shopping cart and order confirmation email.

Payment will be charged to your credit or debit card (or any other payment method which we may accept) at or shortly after the time that your Product is dispatched.


Product description and Product changes

A Product’s true color may not exactly match that shown on the Store, or its packaging may be slightly vary from that shown.

We strive to make continuing updates and revisions to our Products. Therefore, it is possible that there could be changes between the Product actually shipped to you and the Product information on the Store at the time your order is placed. However, please be assured that the Product which is shipped to you will always meet or exceed the Product specifications on the Store at the time your order is placed.


Delivery

We will deliver the Products which you order to the address which you give to us at the time you place your order. Delivery will be arranged as soon as possible after your order is accepted. Refused deliveries will be returned to our warehouse. It may take up to 45 days for returned Products to be identified as refused and processed for a refund.

Legal ownership of the Products which you order will pass to you upon delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery, but if we think that there will be a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and do what we can to reduce the delay. We won’t compensate you for the delay, but if you want you can always contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for the Product which you paid for.

Belkin uses third party companies for order confirmation and delivery notification purposes. These third parties require an address and phone number as part of the order and delivery process, and your phone number may be used by the third-party company to contact you in case of difficulty in locating the delivery address. Customs and import duties

If you are not in the US, you are responsible for ensuring that the Product which you have ordered can be lawfully imported to the country in which your shipping address is located. There may be import duties and taxes that are levied once the Product reaches your destination country, and these charges and any costs of customs clearance are your responsibility.
