What is the battery capacity and playtime of the earbuds and charging case?	Each earbud provides up to 9 hours of playtime, while the charging case offers an additional 26 hours, for a total of 35 hours or more of battery life.
What materials are used in earbuds and case?	The earbuds and case are made from durable, scratch-resistant plastic housing, designed to meet Belkin’s cosmetic and reliability specifications, with FDA-grade silicone ear tips that are odorless and skin-safe.
What type of charging port does the case use?	The charging case uses a USB-C port for faster and more efficient charging, compatible with most standard USB-C chargers.

FUNCTIONALITY
Can I connect the earbuds to more than one device at the same time?	Yes. The AUC016 supports multipoint connectivity, allowing you to pair and switch seamlessly between two Bluetooth devices—for example, a phone and a laptop.
How do the earbuds control music and calls?	Each earbud has physical buttons for easy control; you can play/pause music, adjust volume, skip tracks, answer or end calls, and activate voice assistants without touching your phone.
Do the earbuds automatically connect when removed from the case?	Yes. Once paired, the earbuds automatically power on and reconnect to the last used device when the charging case is opened.
What is Hear-Thru Mode?	A transparency feature that allows outside sound, so you can stay aware of your surroundings.
What EQ options are available?	Three presets: Signature Sound, Bass Boost, and Balanced.
