2.  Does it have a Connected Equipment Warranty (CEW)?

No.

3.  Can I charge the case using a Qi™ wireless charger?

Yes.  The Belkin PAC002 is designed to work with most Qi chargers.

4.  Does it support Siri®?

No.  The Belkin PAC002 is not designed to activate Siri.

5.  Does it support Google Assistant™?

No.  The Belkin PAC002 is not designed to activate Google Assistant.

6  Are the earbuds sweat-and splash-resistant?

Yes, the Belkin PAC002 is IPX4-rated and is sweat-and splash-resistant.

Yes.  The earbuds have built-in microphones.

3.  Do I need to use both earbuds to take a call?

No, if you want to take calls using one earbud only, you can use the right earbud which is the master earbud by design.

4.  What is the micro-USB port for?

The micro-USB port is used for charging the earbuds.  It cannot be used for data transfer.

5.  What Bluetooth® version does the Belkin PAC002 feature?

The Belkin PAC002 is Bluetooth 5.0-certified.

6.  Does the Belkin PAC002 have status lights?

Yes.  The Belkin PAC002 has charging status lights on the case and a dual-color status light on each earbud.

7.  What is the Belkin PAC002’s battery life?

The Belkin PAC002 has up to 2 hours talk time and up to 4 hours music playtime at a single charge.   The case can supply up to 20 hours of music listening on a single charge of the case.

You can remove the case from the power adapter at any time or any charge level.  A lower charge level will reduce the number of times you can recharge your earbuds before the case is out of power.

6.  How do I know if the case has been fully charged?

The Belkin PAC002 is fully charged once all lights on the charging case are lit.

7.  What are its touch controls and general functions?

The Belkin PAC002 features touch-sensitive pads that can perform different functions.  To learn more about these functions, click here.

8.  What is its Bluetooth range?

The Belkin PAC002 has a Bluetooth range of up to 30 feet.

Power ON toneAn audible queue (no word queues).
Pairing successfulBluetooth pairing tone.  The Bluetooth name will be displayed on the client device.
Unsuccessful pairingAn audible queue (no word queues).
Out of rangeOut of range:  An audible queue (no word queues).  Then the audio will stop. 

Within range:  Within 30 ft, an audible queue will be heard, the earbuds will re-sync to the client device, and the audio will resume playing.
