This article will walk you through the steps on how to unpair your earbuds from your Bluetooth® device.
Step 1:
Your earbuds should be turned OFF. To do this, you can do either of the two options:
a. Press on both earbuds for 6 seconds.

b. Return the earbuds to the charging case and close the lid.
Step 2:
On your phone or tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
Step 3:
Look for the name of your earbuds. To unpair them, follow the instructions below:

For Android™
Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, then select the paired earbuds then tap Unpair.
For iOS
Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the
icon on the paired earbuds found under MY DEVICES and then tap on Forget This Device.
Once you have unpaired your phone or tablet, it will no longer attempt to pair with your earbuds. You will need to set your earbuds to pairing mode in order to pair them again. Click here for instructions on how to do this.
