How to remove a smart speaker from a group with the Google Home app

Before you begin, you will need the following:
  • One or more Google Home smart speaker products
  • The latest Google Home app installed on your smartphone or tablet
  • A smartphone or tablet that is connected to the same Wi-Fi as your smart speaker

NOTE:  The iOS version of the Google Home app is used in the example below.  While the screenshots may look different from the Android™ version, the steps are the same.

Step 1:
Open the Google Home app on your smartphone or tablet.  On the main screen, tap on the speaker group you want to edit.
