NOTE: This is not a factory restore. This will only reset the Find My functionality to your charging case. After you perform this, you will need to enable Find My on the case and add it back to your Find My app.

The reset button is located on the back of the charging case, next to the USB-C® port.

How to perform a Find My reset
Step 1:
Remove the Belkin AUC002 from your Find My app. To find instructions on how to do this on the Apple® support site, click here.
Step 2:
Press the reset button on the Belkin AUC002 charging case six times in succession.
Step 3:
Shortly after the sixth press, the case will beep eight times to signify the reset took place.
Step 4:
The Find My functionality is now reset on your case. By default, Find My is turned OFF. You will need to press the reset button three more times to turn Find My back ON.
Step 5:
You can now add the case back to your Find My app by following the instructions here.
