This article will walk you through unpairing your earbuds from your Bluetooth® device.
Step 1:
Your earbuds should be turned OFF. To do this, you can do either of the two options:
a. Press on both earbuds for 6 seconds.

b. Return the earbuds to the charging case and close the lid.

Step 2:
On your phone or tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
Step 3:
Locate the entry for your earbuds. To unpair them, follow the instructions below:

For Android™
Step 1:
Go to Settings.
Step 2:
Tap on Connections > Bluetooth.
Step 3:
Under Paired devices, select the paired earbuds then tap Unpair.
For iOS
Step 1:
Go to Settings.
Step 2:
Tap on Bluetooth.
Step 3:
Under MY DEVICES, tap the
icon on the paired earbuds and then tap on Forget This Device.
Step 1:
Go to Settings.
Step 2:
Tap on Connections > Bluetooth.
Step 3:
Under Paired devices, select the paired earbuds then tap Unpair.
For iOS
Step 1:
Go to Settings.
Step 2:
Tap on Bluetooth.

Once you have removed the pairing from your phone or tablet, it will no longer attempt to pair with your earbuds. You will need to set your earbuds to pairing mode in order to pair them again. Click here for instructions on how to do this.
