How to charge your iPhone

To charge your iPhone, you simply place it on the large white charging pad. Once placed securely, the phone can be rotated up to 360 degrees and still be charged in landscape orientation without disturbing the Apple Watch. The magnet in the charging pad will align your phone correctly with the charger, and your phone should illuminate to show it is charging.

NOTE: For Belkin WIZ009 v1, if your phone is powered up and locked, it will show the MagSafe charging animation when the charging starts. If your phone is unlocked or you are using an app, the MagSafe charging animation will not play.

How to charge your Apple Watch

To charge your Apple Watch, place the back of the watch on the smaller white charging puck. The magnet in the charging pad will grip your Apple Watch and hold it securely in place. Your Apple Watch should illuminate to show it is charging.

NOTE: The Belkin WIZ009 v1 and WIZ009 v2 do not support charging the Apple Watch in nightstand mode.

How to charge your wireless charging-compatible AirPods

To charge your AirPods, make sure that these are placed back into their charging case and that the case is wireless charging-capable. The case should be placed into the circular indentation on the base of the charging pad. There is a circular indentation that is designed to help align the AirPods case for charging. When your AirPods are placed correctly, the white status light will illuminate the charging pad.

NOTE:  If the charger’s status light is orange, there is an error with charging. Try removing the AirPods case and placing it back down. You may need to adjust its position on the pad.
