1. What is the Mr. Coffee® 10-Cup Smart Optimal Brew™ Coffeemaker with Wemo®, F7C050?
 
The Mr. Coffee® 10-Cup Smart Optimal Brew™ Coffeemaker with Wemo
®, F7C050 allows you to set the brew time of your coffee from anywhere on your smartphone with the Wemo App.

2. What are the minimum system requirements to use the Wemo Coffeemaker?
 
The Wemo Coffeemaker supports iOS 9.0 or higher and Android™ 4.4 and above.

3. Can I use the Wemo Coffeemaker without the Wemo App?
 
Yes, the
Wemo Coffeemaker can be used without the Wemo App.  To manually use the Wemo Coffeemaker, add the recommended amount of water and ground coffee and press the Brew Now button.  For further information on manually using the Wemo Coffeemaker, click here.

4. Do I need to clean the Wemo Coffeemaker before its first use?
 
Yes, the
Wemo Coffeemaker must be cleaned before its initial use.  To do this, follow the steps below:
 
Step 1:  Wash the decanter, decanter lid and the filter basket in a mixture of mild detergent and water.  Rinse each thoroughly.
 

Step 2:  Replace all the parts and attach the water reservoir.  Then, run brew cycle with water only, without adding coffee and the coffee filter.
 

Step 3:  When brewing is complete, turn your Wemo Coffeemaker OFF, discard the water in the decanter and rinse the decanter lid, and filter basket.

5. What is the Wi-Fi® name of the Wemo Coffeemaker?
 
The Wi-Fi® name of the
Wemo Coffeemaker is WeMo.CoffeeMaker.0##.
 
QUICK TIP:  In some cases, when the Wi-Fi name of the
Wemo Coffeemaker will be too long to fit on the screen, it will be displayed as wemo coffeemaker.

6. Does the Wemo Coffeemaker need internet connection to work?
 
No, the
Wemo Coffeemaker does NOT need internet connection to work.  It only needs to be connected to your home network.
 
NOTE:  Internet connection is only needed if you want to use a smartphone or tablet to access the
Wemo Coffeemaker from outside your home network.

7. Where can I find the MAC address for my Wemo Coffeemaker?
 
The MAC or Device MAC address is printed on a label at the back of the
Wemo Coffeemaker.

1. How do I set up the Wemo App with the Wemo Coffeemaker?
 
To set up the Wemo App with your
Wemo Coffeemaker, download the latest Wemo App from the App Store® for iOS devices or Google Play™ store for Android devices.  Install the Wemo App on your smartphone or mobile device, and connect it with your Wemo Coffeemaker.  To learn more about setting up the Wemo Coffeemaker through the Wemo App, click here.

2. How do I set up the Brew Schedule of the Wemo Coffeemaker?
 
Setting up the Brew Schedule of your

3. How many Brew Schedule can I set per day?
 
You can only schedule one brew per day.

4. Can I schedule my Wemo Coffeemaker to start brewing at any time?
 
Yes, you can pre-schedule a brew time for each day of the week using the Wemo App.  To learn more about setting the brew schedule of your

5. How do I turn on the Remote Access Capability?
 
To turn ON the Remote Access Capability,
follow the steps below:
 
Step 1:  Launch the Wemo App.
 
Step 2:  Tap the Wemo App's Settings icon.

NOTE:  If you are using an iOS device, go to More.
 
Step 3:  Tap the Remote Access tile at the top of the list.

Step 4:  Tap Enable Remote Access.

Step 5:  Tap on OK to confirm.
 
TROUBLESHOOTING

1. What happens if a brew time has been set, and the Wemo Coffeemaker has not been prepped to brew?
 
If a brew time is set and the
Wemo Coffeemaker has not been prepped to brew, the Wemo App will send you a reminder the evening before the scheduled brew time of the status of your device.
 
NOTE:  The scheduled brew time must be before 11:00 AM for the Wemo App to receive the push notification the evening before its scheduled brew time.

2. How do I reset the Wemo Coffeemaker?
 
To restore the
Wemo Coffeemaker to its original settings, follow these steps:

 
Step 1:  Unplug the Wemo Coffeemaker.
 

Step 2:  Press and hold on the Restore button.
 

Step 3:  While pressing the Restore button, plug the unit back in and after 10 seconds, release the button.

3. Why am I not seeing the Wemo Coffeemaker in my list of available networks?
 
The
Wemo Coffeemaker should appear on your list of available networks.  It can take 2 minutes for the Wemo Coffeemaker to establish a connection with your router.
 
NOTE:  If the
Wemo Coffeemaker isn't still displaying on your list of available networks, turn the device OFF and wait for 90 seconds before powering it back ON.

4. Can I still receive push notifications if the Wemo Coffeemaker has been unplugged?
 
No.  If the
Wemo Coffeemaker has been unplugged you won't be receiving any notifications.
