Resolving device not charging when using the Belkin Power Adapters

The Belkin Power Adapters eliminate the need for a separate charger for each laptop you own and acts as a universal replacement for all laptops.  Follow the steps below to learn what to do if your device is not charging with the Belkin Power Adapter.

IMPORTANT:  Never force a power tip into an electronic device.
 
Step 1:
Disconnect the Belkin Power Adapter from its power source.

 
Step 2:
Verify that the correct power tip has been installed by checking the Power-Tip Compatibility List.

Step 3:
Reconnect the Belkin Power Adapter.  Check that all connections are secure.

 
Step 4:
Plug the correct power tip into your electronic device.  The device should begin charging regardless of whether it is powered ON or OFF.

 
NOTE:  If the green indicator light isn't lit, it might have already burned out.
