How to find the network adapter’s Model and version number

You can identify your network adapter's family by referring to the text on the front or back of your adapter.  Compare it with the information below.

The adapter's model number and version number are printed on the back of the network adapter.  Your adapter model starts with F5D, F6D, or F7D, while the version starts with a v, as shown in the example below:
