Connecting the Belkin INC002 to your computer

The Belkin USB-C® Dual Display Dock, INC002 can charge your computer and provide multiple peripheral outputs—all with a single cable.  While this makes it simple to use, the Belkin INC002 uses DisplayLink® technology and requires installing of DisplayLink drivers on your laptop before using the external displays.  This article will walk you through setting up the dock with your laptop.

Before you begin

Before connecting the dock to your computer, you will need to download the DisplayLink drivers for your computer.  If the DisplayLink drivers are not installed on your computer, the dock will connect but you will not be able to use the dual HDMI ports for video output.  DisplayLink drivers are available on the DisplayLink website for both Windows® and macOS® computers.

NOTE:  Belkin is not associated with DisplayLink.  Displaylink drivers are developed and hosted by DisplayLink.
