1. On your mobile device, select Settings and choose Bluetooth.
2. Locate SoundForm Adapt from the list and move it to the bin.

3. Press the power button and hold for 2 seconds.
4. Press both + and - volume buttons and hold for 10 seconds until the light turns orange. Your headphone should now be ready to be set up again.
