1. Shut down your MacBook.
2. Remove power from your dock.
3. Disconnect the Thunderbolt 3 cable from your computer and switch to the Thunderbolt port it is connected to on your MacBook.
4. Reconnect the power to your dock and then turn your MacBook back ON.
