Why does my Belkin SOUNDFORM app say it is not connected to Wi-Fi

The Belkin SOUNDFORM™ app is used to set up and control Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE Hi-Fi Smart Speaker + Wireless Charger, G1S0002.  This app requires an active Wi-Fi connection to work.  If you receive an error message that your device is not connected to Wi-Fi, this means that your Belkin SOUNDFORM app is having trouble accessing your Wi-Fi.

Here are some tips to troubleshoot this issue:
 
  • Make sure that your mobile device's Wi-Fi is turned ON.
  • Make sure that your mobile device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Make sure that your Belkin SOUNDFORM app has permissions to access Wi-Fi on your phone or tablet.
  • Try moving to a different location to make sure you have a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
  • Close the Belkin SOUNDFORM app so it won't run in the background and restart it.
