Plug the dock into power
- Take the power adapter.
- Plug the round power tip into the dock’s DC-in port.
- Plug the other end into a wall outlet.

Plug your devices into the dock
Connect anything you want to use, like:
- Monitor(s): plug into HDMI or DisplayPort
- Internet cable: plug into Ethernet
- Keyboard / mouse / USB drives: plug into USB-A or USB-C
- SD or microSD card: insert it into the matching card slot
- Headphones/headset: plug into the 3.5mm audio jack
Tip: If you are using monitors, set the monitor’s input to the right one (HDMI or DisplayPort).

Connect the dock to your laptop (this is the main step)
- Take the Thunderbolt cable.
- Plug one end into the dock’s Thunderbolt port labeled “Host”.
- Plug the other end into your laptop’s Thunderbolt / USB-C port.

Wait a few seconds
- Give it 10–30 seconds.
- Your laptop should start charging.
- Your monitor(s) should turn on or show your screen.
Troubleshooting Tip: If the screen does not show up (quick checks)
- Make sure the monitor is powered on.
- Make sure the monitor is set to the correct input.
- Unplug and replug the video cable.
- Try one monitor only first, then add the second.
