AirPlayer is an app that you can use to stream media files from your local computers to your iPhone® or iPad®. Follow the steps below to know how:
Step 1:
Launch AirPlayer on your iPhone® or iPad®.
Step 2:
Select the computer name of the source for media files.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that media sharing is enabled on the computers in your local network. This will enable the discovery of your device by UPnP. If you have a DLNA-certified media server, AirPlayer will also detect the available media files for streaming. To learn more about the difference between UPnP and DLNA, click here.
You are now ready to play the media files shared within your home network.
