HARDWARE INFORMATION
What power adapter should I use?Use the included 45W USB‑C power supply. This ensures the dock can safely deliver full power to all connected devices.
What ports and charging surfaces does the dock have?
  • 2 wireless charging pads (phone and earbuds)
  • 1 USB‑C port (10W) for smartwatch charging
What safety features does the dock include?The dock features Belkin SmartProtect™, with temperature monitoring and over‑voltage protection to help safeguard your devices during charging.
Does the dock include a charging puck for a smartwatch?No. The UltraCharge Modular Charging Dock uses a bring-your-own smartwatch charging puck. You'll need to use the original charger that came with your Apple, Samsung, or Google smartwatch.
What about earbuds or other small devices? There is a dedicated pad for wireless earbuds below the main smartphone charging surface. Supported Wireless Charging Earbuds will charge automatically when placed on the pad 
Is the dock compatible with protective cases? Yes. The dock supports most protective cases up to 5 mm in thickness. Cases thicker than 5 mm may affect charging performance or magnetic alignment. 

FUNCTIONALITY
What devices can I charge with the UltraCharge Modular Charging Dock?

You can charge up to three devices at once:

  • Smartphones: Qi2‑compatible iPhone and Android devices
  • Wireless earbuds: Any Qi‑enabled earbuds
  • Smartwatches: Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, and Google Pixel Watch (using your own charging puck)
How fast does it charge my phone?
  • Up to 25W for Qi2 certified devices
  • Up to 15W for other Qi enabled devices

(Charging speed depends on device compatibility and proper alignment.)

Can I charge all three devices at the same time?Yes. The dock is designed for simultaneous phone, earbuds, and smartwatch charging, with power intelligently managed across devices.
How does smartwatch charging work?Insert your smartwatch’s charging puck into the rear holder, secure it with the included silicone insert, and connect it to the dock’s 10W USB C port. The dock supports Apple, Samsung, and Google smartwatch chargers.
My phone says “charging slowly.” What should I do?
  • Re center your phone for proper Qi2 alignment
  • Remove thick cases or magnetic accessories
  • Make sure you’re using the included 45W power supply and USB C cable
  • Let your phone cool if it feels warm
