If you are experiencing USB connection issues with your Thunderbolt™ 3 dock while using it with an M1, M2, and M3-based MacBook®, below are some simple troubleshooting steps you can follow to help remedy the issue.
1. Shut down your MacBook.

2. Remove power from your dock.

3. Disconnect the Thunderbolt 3 cable from your computer and switch to the Thunderbolt port it is connected to on your MacBook.

4. Reconnect the power to your dock and then turn your MacBook back ON.
