First, confirm the color of your status light on the Belkin F4U095 while connected to the MacBook Pro then do the steps below based on the behavior of your light:
Tip 1: If status light is not lit, try with the dock connected to a different power outlet.
Tip 2: If the status light is orange, make sure you are using the Belkin F4U095 cable that came with the dock and that the cable is fully pushed into both the MacBook Pro and the dock. Restart the MacBook Pro after.

Tip 3: If status light is still orange, update your macOS® to the latest (non-beta) version. If the light is still orange after updating and restarting, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Disconnect the dock from the MacBook Pro.
Step 2:
Shut down the MacBook Pro.
Step 3:
Disconnect the peripherals from the dock.
Step 4:
Disconnect the power supply from the dock.
Step 5:
Reconnect the power supply to the dock.
Step 6:
Reconnect the peripherals to the dock.
Step 7:
Reconnect the Belkin F4U095 cable from the dock to the MacBook Pro.
Step 8:
Turn the MacBook Pro back ON.
Tip 4: If status light is green, update your macOS to the latest (non-beta) version. If the light is still green after updating, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Disconnect the dock from the MacBook Pro.
Step 2:
Shut down the MacBook Pro.
Step 3:
Disconnect the peripherals from the dock.
Step 4:
Disconnect the power supply from the dock.
Step 5:
Reconnect the power supply to the dock.
Step 6:
Reconnect the peripherals to the dock.
Step 7:
Reconnect the Belkin F4U095 cable from the dock to the MacBook Pro.
Step 8:
Turn the MacBook Pro back ON.
Tip 5: If status light is green and it still isn’t charging the MacBook Pro, reset your System Management Controller.
