What products are entitled to a refund?
Only products purchased from the Belkin.com are entitled to a refund.
 
What should I do if I want to return my product for a refund?
Belkin warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If, after verifying you found out that your Belkin product is defective and you want to return the product for a refund, you may contact us through our Technical Support line.
 
Do I need to return the box, manuals, disks, and power adapter when requesting a refund?
While this may vary depending on the product and claim, we suggest you send everything that originally came with the product. Please include the sales receipt as proof of purchase and a copy of your claim.

How long is the refund process?
Refunds will be credited to you via your original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price for the returned product, less any shipping and handling charges. Refunds are usually reflected on your card account within 4 weeks of Belkin's receipt of your product return.
