The Thunder app gives you access to support the Thunderstorm's battery level. It allows you to change the mode to better match your content (gaming, audio, and movies) but it is NOT required.
NOTE: If you want to install and take advantage of the Thunder app, click here.
QUICK TIP: You can toggle sound modes using the Audio Settings button, instead of using the Thunder app.
