Belkin NIAP PP4.0 Secure KVM and KM Administrator Troubleshooting – Administrator Configuration Terminal Failed Login Attempts

Last updated: 5/29/2024

You are allowed up to 4 attempts to log in to the Administrator Configuration Terminal. Upon the fourth failed attempt, the KVM/KM will enter an Anti-Tamper mode. The KVM will begin cycling and flashing the channel buttons on the KVM while making a clicking sound. An image will still be displayed, but no mouse or keyboard functionality will be available. This failed login attempt will be logged into the KVM system event log.

To exit Anti-Tamper mode, disconnect power from the KVM/KM for 10 seconds, and then power it back ON. The KVM/KM will function normally, allowing you to try logging in again.
