This device has a 3-year limited warranty.

3.  Does this come with a Connected Equipment Warranty (CEW)?

Yes.  The product comes with a $2,500 CEW.

No.

2.  Can this be used with a case?

 Yes.  It is compatible with most cases.

3.  How do I recharge the battery pack in the Belkin WIZ003?

The battery pack can be charged either via the USB-C port on the battery pack or by connecting it to the stand.

4.  How do I charge a device using the Belkin WIZ003?

The Belkin WIZ003 can charge a device either wirelessly or via the USB-A port on the battery pack.

5.  Can I charge a device using the USB-C® port on the battery pack?

No.  The USB-C port is only for recharging the Belkin WIZ003 battery pack when not using the dock.

6.  Can I charge the battery pack wirelessly?

No.

7.  Do I need to disconnect the battery pack from the charging base when it is not in use?

No.  The battery pack can remain on the base while not being used to charge a device.

8.  Will the battery pack overcharge if I leave it on the base?

No.  The battery pack will remain topped off while on the base and does not need to be disconnected until you are ready to use it.
