Qi wireless charging uses electromagnetic induction between two coils—one in the charging pad and one in the device—to transfer power wirelessly. The pad generates a magnetic field when powered, which induces a current in the device's coil, charging its battery. Proper alignment and Qi certification ensure efficient and standardized charging across compatible devices, offering convenience without the need for cables.
