The firmware version can be located using Apple Find My™.
Step 1:
Open the Apple Find My and tap on Items to view your list of Find My Items.
Step 2:
Tap your headphone from the list.

Step 3:
Swipe up on the headphone information window to see the firmware version.

The serial number for your Belkin AUC002 headphones can be found in two places.
