How to enable and disable the Apple Find My functionality on my earbuds case

The Belkin SOUNDFORM™ Freedom True Wireless Earbuds, AUC002 charging case features the Apple® Find My™ functionality.  This functionality can be enabled and disabled to preserve the battery life of the case.  To do this, follow the steps below.
 
Step 1:
Locate the multi-function button at the back of the charging case, next to the USB-C® charging port.

Step 2:
Press this button three times to toggle the Apple Find My ON or OFF.  A tone will play to signify if you have successfully enabled or disabled it.
