Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works but has issues The Dock station worked initially but after a couple of weeks it started not to wake up the external monitors, you had to unplug and plug again to wake them up and later it started to have the same problem with the network. So every morning I need to unplug it and plug it again a couple of times until both the external monitors and the network wake up which is not ideal. When I received initially the device the power adapter was the wrong one, it was in the box etc but the size of the connector was larger than the connector on the dock station, the power supply was changed by the vendor but now when I go back and complain about the issues with the wake up after a sleep the vendor is telling me that maybe it is because of the power supply, which was provided by them as a replacement for the one on the box that was not correct.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lackluster Support Works just fine so long as you have all original pieces of the kit. Belkin support does not offer to sell replacement chargers and have been unhelpful in recommending a suitable replacement. Be prepared to try ordering random cables with no idea if they will work if any go missing.

I just bought a Mac mini Pro and I would like to know if my Belkin Dual Display USB-C dock, used previously with a MacBook Air, can be used?

Asked by: hORsANtiers
Hi hORsANtiers. The dock is designed to work with laptops that support USB-C connections. For charging, the computer must support charging over USB-C. It should work with your MacBook as long as it offers USB-C connection.

In my office I use this with my laptop to connect to one display (Dell P2319H). However, sometimes I want to put my Android screen (Samsung S23 Ultra) on the display instead. With USB-C the phone will charge, but not display screen. Please help!

Is it possible to drive a UWQHD screen at 3440x1440 when in single display mode? Is it required to install the DisplayLink Software when using the docking station in single display mode?

Asked by: GAPDH
Hi! Without installing the DisplayLink software, you will not be able to use the external monitor functionality of the dock. Also, the Belkin INC002 supports up to 1080P at 60 Hz on each port.

I can use a 2.0 HDMI cable to connect both screens or do I have to use only 1.4 HDMI instead? also let me know the maximum resolution for connecting only one display and which cable can be used 1.4 or 2.0 HDMI ?

Asked by: Mohamed Mohamed
Hi, Mohamed. The Belkin INC002 supports up to 1080P at 60 Hz on each HDMI 1.4 ports, and may work with 2.0 HDMI. It can be also used with computers that do not charge over USB-C for multiple displays. The dock and computer will negotiate the charging. Since your computer cannot support charging over USB-C the dock will not try to charge your computer.
