Activating the iSecurity+ Premium Services on your Wemo® NetCam and NetCam HD

Saving video clips to the iSecurity+ cloud allows you to watch them on your mobile devices anytime, anywhere as long as internet connection is available.  With the new iSecurity+ Premium Services, your camera can automatically upload video clips to the cloud and send you notifications whenever it detects motion.  Follow the steps below to activate the iSecurity+ Service.

NOTE:  The steps below cover the following products: 
  • Wemo® NetCam Wi-Fi® Camera with Night Vision, F7D7601 
  • Wemo® NetCam HD Wi-Fi® HD Camera with Night Vision, F7D7602
  • Wemo® NetCam HD+ Wi-Fi® Camera with Glass Lens and Night Vision, F7D7606
Step 1:  Launch the NetCam User-added image App

Step 2:  Access your NetCam Account using the app.

Step 3:  Tap Save Clips with iSecurity+ on the LIVE FEED screen.

Step 4:  On the iSecurity+ screen tap Purchase a plan at netcam.belkin.com.

NOTE:  In this example, Google Chrome™ is used.

Step 5:  Access your NetCam Account using a mobile browser.

Step 6:  Tap settings.

Step 7:  Tap Would you like to start your free trial?.

Step 8:  A pop up message will appear.  Tap Yes to start your free trial then tap Done to complete the process.

QUICK TIP:  To see the expiry date of the cloud’s trial version, go to the RECENT CLIPS screen then scroll down to the PLAN EXPIRES section.  Once the 14-day free trial ends, a monthly subscription fee will apply.  Check out the available iSecurity+ Services and Pricing for your camera.  For instructions on how to upgrade your service to premium, click here.

NOTE:  The email address that you used for your Wemo NetCam Account will receive a Welcome to NetCam iSecurity+ email.  Video activity notifications will be received as part of the Premium Services.
