How to resolve channels not working when using an HDMI connection

Some paid channels may not transmit data over component cable on your @TV when an HDMI cable is simultaneously used.  In order to resolve this issue, follow these steps:
 
Step 1:
Disconnect the HDMI cable from the TV and the cable box and reboot the cable box.

Step 2:
Connect the cable box to the @TV device using a component cable.

Step 3:
Connect the @TV device to the TV using another Component cable.
