Horrible Product
Phone stops charging in the middle of the night resulting in my missing multiple shifts. If I cannot rely on a charging to keep my phone on so my alarm can go off why spend 40$? I could’ve vent to a corner store and bought a wireless charger that would do better than this. I’m sending it back and I will never purchase from Belkin ever again.

Bad quality products
I purchased 2 of these quick charges as Christmas presents and both of them did not work. When you put your iPhones on the charges, they start charging but both units stop charging the iPhones after 5 to 10 seconds. I went online and read similar issues from other users. These units seemed to be used.
But the biggest issue is trying to get a refund for the items. I requested a refund on Belkin.com and was told that I would receive the refund minus any discounts, but it did not provide any instructions on how to return the items. After a few days of not seeing any emails from Belkin on how to return the items and no refund issued, I called Belkin support and the person said that the return was fulfilled. When I asked where is my money, she then proceeded to do more research and said that I needed to return the iterms. I explained to her that i never received any instructions on how to return the items. She eventually understood my situation and emailed me the return label.

My daughter bought me this charger for Christmas. I have now found that you place it on the stand. It displays the fact that it’s charging but upon returning a little while later, the charge has gone down. I am I stuck with this? Don’t have box.
