Frequently Asked Questions
1. How many devices can I charge at once?
You can charge up to 3 devices at the same time.
Use the wireless pad for a phone (or a Qi/Qi2 device).
Use the USB-C ports for one or two more devices.
2. What’s the max output for fast charging?
The max output is up to 20W via USB-C when charging a single device, but if you charge multiple devices it switches to shared output—up to 7.5W wireless plus up to 12W via USB-C (and if two devices are plugged into USB-C, that 12W total is shared between both ports).
3. Will it work with my phone case?
Yes. MagSafe-compatible cases up to 3 mm thick work fine. Metal cases, grips, or non-MagSafe cases can interfere with the magnets.
4. Is it MagSafe or Qi2?
It uses a magnetic alignment ring with wireless charging up to 15W. Pair it with MagSafe-compatible cases for best alignment.
5. How do I check battery level?
There’s an LED battery/charging status indicator on the unit. Press the button on the side to light up the four LEDs along the bottom edge. The number of lights tells you roughly how much charge is left:
• 4 lights on: about 75–100% battery remaining
• 3 lights on: about 50–75% battery remaining
• 2 lights on: about 25–50% battery remaining
• 1 light on: about 0–25% battery remaining (time to recharge soon)
This way you can do a quick glance check before you head out or start a long day.
6. Can I use it with Android phones or earbuds?
Yes. Use USB-C for Android phones and other USB-C devices. Wireless charging works with Qi-compatible earbuds cases and phones that support Qi wireless charging.
